Program Overview

This Master’s program aims to serve the contemporary needs of the 21st century, experienced and aspiring educators and help them evolve in their professional platform by mastering the supervisory roles necessary in modern pedagogies, and a range of other teaching skills.

In addition, the specialization in education administration will prepare you to gain leadership skills to excel as educators, administrators, and facilitators within schools, colleges, institutes, and other educational establishments. In order to magnify your learning and insights on education administration, you will have to complete an action research paper that will be based on Education Administration and School leadership issues to qualify for the Education Administration specialization.

Asian College of Teachers (ACT), in collaboration with EIU will offer a Diploma in Education, Teaching and Learning, and after successfully completing the first six months into the course, you will be certified with a joint Diploma certification from ACT and EIU.

The second part (next six months) of the course will open you up to the different philosophies circulating the area of education, differential learning, and so on. Furthermore, lesson planning with a special emphasis on cognitive psychology will make up for a crucial part of the program. At the end, you will be expected to complete an Action Research paper in order to finally procure the Masters of Science and Innovative Education & Teaching (MSIET) degree conferred by the European International University.

Basic admission requirements:

Admission to the Master of Science in Innovative Education And Teaching program is open to students from all disciplines.

  • Recognised Bachelor’s Degree in any field or Equivalent level.
  • Sufficient English language proficiency (IELTS 6.0 or its equivalent).
  • At least 1 year’s working experience as a professional teacher.

Program Requirements

This program has been structured into two distinct parts for your convenience. The first part is delivered by ACT, and includes 4 modules. Students will have to successfully attempt all MCQ tests in order to complete Part One of the program.

Part Two includes the 3 modules offered by European International University and one action research paper that must be completed to successfully finish the Master’s degree.

In order to successfully receive a degree in the programme of study the student must achieve the following:

  • Make sure that you have successfully passed all the core modules, and have completed the Action Research Paper as highlighted in the program specifications section.
  • The action research paper you prepare has to be based on a topic related to Education Administration and Management in order to showcase your understanding of this area, and the extent to which you can research and analyse it against concrete reflections.
  • Secure a mark of 50% and above to satisfactorily pass each core module as well as the Action Research paper.
  • Complete the full program of study within the duration of 12 to 36 months. After 36 months from enrollment date, you will be required to re-enroll for the entire program, and pay full program fee again.

All fees include

Tax. Fees, Program of study, LMS Access, study guide, evaluation and assessment, diploma, and transcript. Courier charges will apply for the dispatch of the Diploma and the Transcript to your respective country.

Bridge Course fee is separate and is applicable for students who wish to take the B.Ed. program, but have no teaching experience and or a teaching certification.

Refund Policy

Once students register for a course, they are responsible for dropping any course they decide not to attend.

  • Once you have enrolled into the programme and you wish to immediately pull out 25% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
  • No refund for students who have received course access and have already started off with the program for ACT and EIU

Scholarship

All of our applicants are eligible for scholarships. They are generally customised as per the professional and educational backgrounds of the candidates, and their specific abilities that help them stand out from the others. The scholarship will depend on the educational qualification, area of academic interest as well as the GPA i.e. Grade Point Average of the student, which will measure his/her overall academic grade. Teaching/ training/professional experiences will also be taken into account for the scholarship program. Certification

Dual Certification

Candidates will get a Diploma in Education, Teaching and Learning after successfully completing the first part of the program, certified jointly by ACT & EIU. After completing the remaining part of the program, will make the candidates eligible to proudly receive the Master degree certificate conferred by European International University (EIU).
